Copy from Google Drive to SharePoint with throttling speed

I need to copy copy from Googledrive to SharePoint with throttling speed , my bandwidth is 10G and I need to copy with a speed = 1 G max , is that available in any file copy tool ?

I checked Gs Richcopy360 , it has these features, try the trial version first

Besides Gs Richcopy 360, there is Rclone, which is not a GUI tool but will do the job
