Honestly I think the term "Windows Security" is an oxymoron. Let's be real. You can have rock hard security software installed, super strong firewalls but unfortunately you still have a least one idiot on the network that will succumb to that one or two clicks that a clever hacker will use to burrow in. The only answer I have seen so far is using DaaS (Desktop as a Service). That means that user will never really have physical contact with your network environment. That's how the US government keep things secure.
It may cost a bundle and hinder user communication, but it's like that bulletproof glass that cashiers hide behind to keep them out of trouble.

Thoughts?

And then lets not forget one of the most powerful of Internet Browser Hack tools.

Browser Menu / RESTORE SETTINGS

If you visit some pages, you will start to get popup messages and adverts slamming your browser at every click and looking what your doing. AI doesnt exist, never will exist not on our PC's and Mac's not unless it has 25 Terrabytes of clock speed and processor power, enough memory to hold the Earths entire history since dirt was new and storage in a serious amount of PetaBytes. Even then it wouldnt match the human brain.

Back to the story, Restre Settings clears out the advert cache and pge calls setup by adstuff in pages you view. Microsoft Edge is the most suseptable to this kind of attack and can be cured in the same way.

Ive seen some viruses be installed using a ghost script in recent months, not that it was anything like the classic Ambumance going around your screen and taking icons to the start button hospital and lets not forget the first grandaddy of all SCA virus.

Hope this helps those that need it and Listen to Mr Dog, he knows what hes talking about.
