Honestly I think the term "Windows Security" is an oxymoron. Let's be real. You can have rock hard security software installed, super strong firewalls but unfortunately you still have a least one idiot on the network that will succumb to that one or two clicks that a clever hacker will use to burrow in. The only answer I have seen so far is using DaaS (Desktop as a Service). That means that user will never really have physical contact with your network environment. That's how the US government keep things secure.
It may cost a bundle and hinder user communication, but it's like that bulletproof glass that cashiers hide behind to keep them out of trouble.
