Hi How can I disable and re enable windows defender as I downloaded a file and defender delete it, its virus checked. thanks

Simply exclude it from scans. Click on Windows Security, then select Virus & Threat Protection, Then select Manage settings, then select Add or remove exclusions. Here we can exclude entire drives, folders, and/or files from being scanned by Defender at all. I just tell it not to scan the folder the app is downloaded to. A good example is I always exclude the downloads folder, so when I torrent they do not get scanned or flagged. Always unzip the apps in a folder that is excluded then install it from that same folder so it does not get hammered.
