the liscences , it writes that those liscences are not compatible with the version of the product.

Im i doing something wrong or the method "expired"

what to do with the internet should it be on/off. I tried both.
And yes i close antiv protection and self protection, and i exit the kaspersky from system tray

get the trial reset. restart in safe mode and use reset. restart then enter 90-day license. i have been doing it for 6 months now, works perfectly
