I had a woman complain about her Microsoft Surface is taking forever to load after her last update. All was good before then. I told her I would look it
Microsoft decided that they would abandon the M/S engine in Edge and swap it out for Chromium. Guess what, it didn't work. It's causing all kinds of problems in some systems. Nobody ever said Edge was that bad, it just M/S aka Sayta couldn't bear to see Google harvesting all the info and turning into cash. M/S figures that people will start using Edge now that it's Chromium powered. No way. When will they ever learn?

Is not about the cash, chromium based browsers like Chrome, Opera, Brave, etc has less problems then other engines. Edge is using chromium because IE was a failure as a standalone engine. Vulnerabilities for IE was been released almost every day and most of them were critical. I develop a few exploits based on POCs and with just some tweaks here and there IE become vulnerable again (Some with remote file execution).
