Migrate data from Box to SharePoint Online

Hey all,
Moving about 2TB and 150 users from Box to SharePoint Online. Done plenty of file server migrations, but never Box, so I'm a bit lost.
My short list so far is ShareGate, GS RichCopy 360 and MultCloud. Can't figure out which one actually fits, though. Mainly I care about keeping permissions and version history, plus running delta syncs before cutover.
Anyone used these with Box? Which was the handiest in real life? Or is there something better out there I'm missing? Heard mixed things about Microsoft's Migration Manager.

Microsoft has some free tools, here's a good place to start. In some rare instances some permissions won't copy. With the volume you are moving, looks like there may be a couple of casualties, and they may need to be manually moved.

Generally porting out of one system to anther is a grave issue so have a shovel ready.

Moving Users is The worst part. Depending on the system being used in BOX. Please illaberate on OS and transport you have on hand. I may have a solution.

Hmm, Heres an issue Im looking at BOX online sharing, its using a fragmented online system. Likelyhood of a one on one transfer from one to another I would say is Zero without you get the Box devs to provide you a way to move. The only option I can see is to attempt to export each users data to a file or file folder on the transfer host and use that system making new client users as you go.

As Mr Dog pointed out there will be casualties along the way. Jumping from one paid server set to another involves the "You want to do what? and why should I help out ? scenarios from BOX.

Solutions require some logic. IF your users are in one building make your own BOX system in your OWN servers its easy enough. There is tons of free server creator stuff out there personally I have used WAMP 64 with great success in the past and some free Forum software that you can manage on your own system without payiong for the privelidge of WWW access.

Trying to find cheap hosting solutions online isnt a fun thing and no matter how hard you try theres always going to be someone go cheaper to trap you then bump the price once you have moved.

Please provide info on what your intensions and reasons are. But I feel a in house solution will be the best. Good luck asking BOX to help.
