Notification ringtones on Samsung Galaxy Note 10

I found both the phone and notification ringtones I was using last night, when setting up, are both gone. From their list, I couldn't find any I wanted. Before that I downloaded them here: nieuwe beltoon samsung
For both, I managed to find the MP3, but it does not seem like there is an easy way to use your own ringtone notification. Anyone know if that's an easy way to do it? It's been a while since I went around with secret files and played around.

Never change before but it's easy, use settings and set the mp3 as notification.
