Office 2016 Running patch file

Hello

I'm sorry for my ignorance but its the firts time i´ve installed Office and i dont know how to "run the patch file"

"Instructions:
1) Stop the application if started
2) Install application using provided installer and do not reboot
3) Run patch file

Anyone, help?

Patch must be with office, make sure to disable your antivirus, then you gonna see it.

Same here Thunder. First time user. Downloaded mine from your link on pirate bay. Just turned off win defender anti-virus. I will go now and see if anything happens, but I am confused on which file to open and install setup.exe. I see a few of those.

Ignore the error & run the patch file again after disabling your Antivirus.

The patch is been detected as malicious. Disable the antivirus, install Office and then apply the patch.
