I am having a problems unzipping "special files".
I am using Win 10 Home, with all my windows Defender, av and malware programs turned off.
When I got to unzip these files I get the error "Windows has blocked certain files from being unzipped". I then go to properties and click unblock, but when I click that I get the error message "An assertion failure has occurred"
I am pretty sure this is a Windows Seurity setting o some type, but unfortunately I don't know where to look.
Please help !!!
