Protectii v1.0.2 [Download torrents anonymously]-TechTools

Hi everyone, I have downloaded Protectii but not installed it as yet as I have PeerBlock V1.2 insalled at the moment. I was reading on the download page that Protectii is a PeerBlock App, so is Protectii a plugin for PeerBlock? and can I just install it with my current PeerBlock or can I run both or will that effect my internet speed and or connection or even my firewall or will it confuse my computer (competing against each other?).

Ok, I'm new at this. I have utorrent 3.4.2 on a windows 8 PC. Where shoud I install Protectii, in the utorrent forlder(C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent), on desktop, or where else? How would it work with utorrent, should I start it before or after I start utorrent? How can I make sure it's working?

You dont need to install it, just run it.
