Is it possible to remove the "hint" on the lock screen, so that unless you know how to do it, it won't be giving a user the hint? In other words, keep prying eyes from accessing the computer!

We use some software at work that basically hides the whole log in screen or at least keeps it transparent. No sure what it is but it is a very high security site. Let me get back to you with specifics.

Recently stropped using ALL password access at work. Some joker thought it would be a great plan to put a USB tucked away in a far away server in the site with a Virus in it.

So consequently that had to be located and removed, bagged and sent with Mr Policemne to remove any DNA / fingerprint id and stuff to see who that kind person was.

We now all carry ID cards to go in slots and have to use fingerprint or facial ID to get into the systems. Unless of course you are me and have an unlock key.

Granny says (finger wagging) you must be good boys and girls when using Granny,
