Hi,


This usually happens when the installer dialog is not refreshing folders correctly or when Windows permissions are blocking access.


Please try the following:

1. Close the installer completely.
2. Right-click the Ubisoft Connect installer and choose Run as administrator.
3. When selecting the install path, type the folder path manually instead of browsing, for example:

1. Make sure the drive you’re trying to install on is visible in This PC and has enough free space.
2. If the folder list is still empty, try creating a new folder manually (e.g. C:\Ubisoft) and select it.
3. Also temporarily disable antivirus / security software and try again.

If it still doesn’t work, download the latest Ubisoft Connect installer again from the official website and retry.
