The problem is Edgewater was recently bought out by a venture capital firm. They are in turmoil at the moment as typically the new owner's bean counters cut the payroll to the bone in hopes of unloading them at a profit. I have been watching so many companies ruined by venture capital who temporarily inflate the bottom line by cutting staff and selling quickly for a profit.
Unfortunately the companies reputation is ruined as their service to customers has been destroyed.
Let's see how this mess gets straightened out. One thing is for sure, the customer (AT&T) and their customers are screwed.
