Trojan infection

I downloaded the Photoshop CS 6 portable(I think thats the name) some months ago, and have been very happy with it. Opened my computer this PM to discover AVG has detected a very high risk Trojan infection. Tried to download your Trojan remover, but AVG detects some other infection in that . Tried to download a new Photoshop CS6 but AVG does not like that either. What to do?

i suggest to delete AVG, AVG is one of most shitty antiviurs around.
