Which Adobe Acrobat (w/ editing function) works with Windows 11?

Is there is a lower version of Adobe Acrobat writer (w/ editing function) that I can download for Windows 11 that will work? I tried downloading Adobe Acrobat 2020 and 2021 and it's not working. Thank you!
