Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 202626.1.21662 Virus

So there I was downloading Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 202626.1.21662 from appdoze and as expected windows defender flags the exe as a trojan. Now being the good Pirate I am I toss is into Virus Total which also comes back with 70% probability it is in fact a virus. Are there any "Pirate safe" virus scanning tools that can be used to check these files that won't just flag it because it's a "hack tool"? And if the answer is just use a sandbox then what am I looking for after it's sandboxed to ensure it's safe.
