Okay, my Googling results lead me to the Media Creation tool and all that funky stuff. I don't need or want it.

I just want to cut to the chase. The situation is this. I have the Windows 10 64-bit DVD and have already created an ISO. How would I proceed from this point on?
 
You can use Rufus or something else for making bootable usb flash. Boot your PC choose bootable flash , choose partition install windows 10.
