Activate office 2019 Pro Plus

I downloaded OFFICE 2019 torrent from ThumberDC @ThumperDC @ThumperDC.com @ThumperTM and read me file says:

Instructions:
1) Extract archive
2) Install application using provided installer and do not reboot
3) Make sure office is closed, disable your antivirus and use Activator
DONE!

Yes but there is NO ACTIVATOR in the file! i checked it many times if the Firewall deleted it but no there is no Activator even in the torrent i downloaded before extract file ! Which is this activator? to activate office 2019? because i need them immediately!

Disable your antivirus, re-download.

now it's not possible.
i did format to the laptop i downloaded it.
but im sure when i downloaded torrent it it had no activator in the file !
i don't think that the problme was the antivirus!

opened it and it says " instal GVLK key and activate again".

What's wrong?
