A cursory glance at what you go through to get at the OS.

create a local account administrator without the admin account tied to your Microsoft account.

I was up to a point. The need for a Local Admin account is vital and absolutely necessary in Anti Virus work. Creating Local Admin acocunts and junking the one created in the setup of windows has always proved to be an issue, Microsoft like to be in touch with all their friends.

Since 2013 Ive always had an untouched account on my puter with a full access, full writeable and readable policy set. When all is said and done it is a system that has to be present as a "Just in Case measure."

This hasn't been mentioned in quite a while. The main author Jayro is a member here. Look not to mention the fact this is the most complete Swiss-army knife of just about any tool or utility you may require as well as some of the most heavy-duty powerful tools that will dig you about of any problem you may encounter, all for free! To ensure you are getting the most current version do a web search for "Medicat-USB".
Every time I visit his site, I am reminded of my early computing days. I lived on the entire second floor of a farmhouse that somehow survived all the world growing around it. I had a cat, Brutus. Brutus and I were best buds, a big old tabby cat and I mean big. I had my P3 Micron PC set up on a long table. I pulled up a chair for Brutus and he would watch me on the Internet for hours. He wasn't the kind who would walk across your keyboard looking for attention, he was way too cool to pull a sunt like that. Those were the beginning days of DVD decrypting and compressing them to fit on 1 DVDR. It was a heck of a lot of work but that's another story. Brutus would just sit there and watch, a real buddy.

**Medicat USB** Everything you need at your fingertips

I will warn you, if you aren't sure what a tool will do, ask. Otherwise you may be sorry, it's a very powerful tool.

"I will warn you, if you aren't sure what a tool will do, ask. Otherwise you may be sorry, it's a very powerful tool."

Thats what she said.

However, moving on, Mr Dog is correct. One important thing about tools is that they need Knowledge of operation before you go ploughing in thinking its all automatic.

Instruction INFO files need to be read before using them or see the online or insoftware menu before you go using things you know little about.

Words from on high:-

"A little knowledge is a dangerous thing" check the instructions.
