BEST ANTI-VIRUS USED?

Eset is good but you had better have some spare CPU cycles for it. We had it protecting the work network at my last job for years after replacing Symantec enterprise, the systems did take a performance hit but Eset sure was thorough checking data movement and registry changes so it does get the job done well . Seems like the better ones now are utilizing heuristics and cloud based definitions as an enhancement to a smaller local database of known current threats. It makes for a much smaller footprint. It does require Internet connectivity for complete protection but the reality is how do you think 99 99/100% of the viruses get on board in the first place?
