Cannot extract IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 IF006

I downloaded the software from the above link but I am unable to extract as instructed in the readme text document because I get an error about the compressed file not being a valid RAR file. If I cant extract, then I cannot install. How do I fix this bug?

Re-Download, extract using winrar or 7zip.

Same advice passed on from one SAGE to Another

SPSS is a highly respected Utility Analytical pack.

It costs a lot to license and use, and I for one know of no other solution other than SAGE but i think even they have handed in the towel on Analytics.

Writing your own Analytical Engine should be something all students aspire too. Analytics is a matter of personal choice. EXCEL and ACCESS the only two programs you need.
