Procedure when encountering video problems with portable devices.
1. Go to manufacturers' site and download most current drivers. Win 10 drivers are acceptable to use if no Win 11 drivers are offered. It's important that these drivers are specific and vetted for your system.
2. Disable Internet access to avoid Windows update from downloading and installing generic drivers. Uninstall the graphic drivers starting with removal via the device manager. Complete the clean-up the old driver info. Use Revo or CCleaner, trial or free versions are fine.
3. Install the OEM drivers.
4. Voilà !
