help needed with dial-up modem

I want to to know how can we increase dial-up modem speed
as you already provided one patch for utorrent
Is there anything for modem too
I set limit reserve bandwidth to 0 but still are there any other option for optimization

many software promises to increase internet speed up to 200x
can u tell us some tweaks or tips

I am asking is there any patch for modem too i mean to increase browsing and downloading speed (not of utorrent)
