Thank you for the reply. I have followed these instructions and am still prompted to activate office when running it. Please advise?

If you run it as admin and click activate, then simple ignore this activation page.

Regards.

When I start office after install it always brings up an activate office window, which i can close and use the program is this normal or did I do something wrong.

I downloaded the torrent "MICROSOFT Office PRO Plus 2016 v16.0.4266.1003 RTM + Activator". I installed the 64bit variant, but the installation screen froze after about 90-95% installation. I say froze because the installation never progressed even after an hour or two.
I uninstalled it & re installed 32 bit variant. Problem the same.
Any suggestions?
