(NEWbie) I cant figure out what im doing wrong?

Hi if anyone can help me i would really appreate it, as i am just a newbie!! I know how to download torrents i have been using u torrent for some time to watch movies & tv shows ect but i have never downloaded software before. I sucessfully downloaded your torrent windows 8 enterprise but i do not know how to install it on my computer now It says for help to come to thumperdc.com so here i am looking for help please.

<r>After spending some time getting aquianted with this forum i realize my above stated question has been answered i appologize for being redundant. I have searched and discovered i needed to install NET 4.0 or higher so i did that (sucessfully <E></E>) then i found the website 1337x and i downloaded the latest windows 8 activator you had posted then I tried again to intall your Windows 8 file from pirate bay. In the folder for the activator there are 2 applications i will explain what happened when opening each and maybe you can help me figure out what i am still doing wrong. When opening the first application i right clicked and chose to run as administrator then a norton box opens up and i give the application permission then it says checking connection then the box that is pictured on the 1337x.org website pops up and ive clicked update list before and not clicked it and either way it says a problem has caused the program to quit working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution exists. when i right click the other program file 7z setup SFX (x86) and run as administrator a norton box pops up and i click allow then it extracts the files to 100% and dissapears but if i look at the processes running it says qemu-system-i386.exe is running. If anyone one can help i would be eternally grateful!!!</r>

Well, Please check Norton settings, there must be an option to disable/pause protection for few minutes.

I disabled everything in norton and its still not working, im sorry to be a pain do you have any other suggestions?

well, unistall Norton use that crack then install again norton.

I have been downloading torrents for some time but, every time I try to install software it never works. I follow the instructions in how to use the serials/keys but still I have never been successful. If someone can help, I'd like to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks

Torrents and Magnets, most of them especially if they are done by anyone that knows how. In the torrent will be a INFO file with no extension.

Most of the time this is all the content you will need to read and just follow it a step at a time. You can open the INFO file by rightclick and open with NOtepad or your fave text editor.

A lot of torrents have stuff in them you dont want to load like trackers and spyware.

Classic rule for New to this. ASK FIRST

You really need to keep in mind that virtually all antivirus type programs have declared war on pirated software. That usually means as soon as Windows Defender or whatever you are using will snag most cracks and keygens as soon as they are visible to your operating system.
What that means is you must completely disable all modes of your antivirus monitor methods and I stress all of them. For example in defender you must disable real-time monitoring. Worth noting if you do disable your antivirus, Defender will come from the background and become fully active once again, so you must open the defender's console and disable the real-time monitor. If you don't it will grab the crack, keygen etc before you have a chance to utilize it.
...So the take home is this. Learn to wrestle complete control of your resident Antivirus(es) program(s). Present your cracked program including all cracks, keygens, add-on or replacement files to virustotal or Jotti’s Malware Scan, etc. to get an idea of what you are dealing with before you install it,
You really need to learn how to gain control over your A/V program or you will continue to see mysterious file disappearance.

Maybe try a different torrent than the one giving you issues, either it is not working or you are doing something wrong. Also, you may need to disable in, Security at a Glance, then App and Browser Control, then Smart App Control settings, Uncheck everything there to prevent windows from blocking the said Application(s)

Tip: If you want to turn Smart App Control on after it's been turned off, you can reset Windows 11 by tapping the Start button, typing Reset in the search box, selecting Reset this PC from the search results, and starting a reset from the Recovery menu. You can choose the Keep my files reset that keeps your personal files and only removes apps and settings. For more information, see Recovery options in Windows.
