Hi everyone.
Am kind of in the same situation got a key generator of course had a trojan and deleted it

So kind of was hoping a friendly soul could help me out with the Startkey for WIS access authority standalone

WIS installed and server looks to be running,. But when I launch EWA in browser at Programs menu, I dont see the programs - only "Feedback". Do you think this is a Java version problem? Thanks again

I installed this a while back so my memory of the install might be foggy.

Did you set up the Workshop, Group and User sections? (see left Administration in the left menu).

Also what version of Java do you have? I've read that only certain versions work. I used the one provided in the Download section (again see left menu). Seems to be version 8, update 162).

I googled a lot of install instructions and didn't bookmark all of them. I believe this was one: https://www.obd2tool.com/blog/how-t...shop → Enter Workshop name and select country

Thanks - appreciate you r patience. I have WIS working now - setting workshop , group and user was needed.
Now, I realise that EPC doesnt seem to be part of the what I installed. Can I load EPC now from another iso, or have to find a complete set to start?

No worries, glad it worked! I'm not sure about the EPC though. I checked mine and I also don't have it. No idea how to load this in. Maybe try asking in your MB forum or reddit sub.

FWIW I just use online dealer parts websites for part numbers.
