Acrobat Dc Installation Problem

Hello,

I have the same error with any version of Acrobat Dc when I try to install the setup.

What can I do about this issue ? Any suggestions ?

Or it may be a language download incompatability. I came across this once trying to use an ENG version of ADC on a German users PC, something in the lcale upset the install. Changed the installation package and all went well but that was many moons and coffees ago now. Those issues should have been sorted out.
