Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Installation Issue

I can't install the AcrobatDCUpd2000920063.msp, the attached image file shows why

I downloaded the file but the third step isn't included in the download which is supposed to patch it. Can someone edit the instructions or show us how? I followed everything but the extracted file doesn't that the third step in it to complete installation

Disable your antivirus before installing.

I disabled my anti virus and turned off my wifi. I still don't see a file named acrobatpro.exe in the extracted file except for the one in the zip.

All though I do have acropro.msi and setup.exe and the others. Not sure if I should run either.

Edit: to clarify I deleted & reinstalled everything before confirming there is no acrobatpro.exe
