Simply exclude it from scans, Click on Windows Security, then select Virus & Threat Protection, Then select manage settings, then select add or remove exclusions, here we can exclude entire drives, folders, and or files from being scanned by defender at all. I just tell it not to scan the folder the app is installed in. A good example is I always exclude the downloads' folder so when I torrent they do not get scanned or flagged.
