Yo, I'm new to torrenting and really don't want to get viruses on my new and fairly expensive laptop.

For what rational reason would I trust the users on this website to disable my Windows security and protection?? Just seems like a con for naive folk that are willing to risk it for a biscuit.
Then don't install it lol? Its a gamble you have to risk. Windows security needs to disabled because it's a crack.

If you do not trust the people on this website, you always can buy the software.
Indeed, there are people who add viruses to cracks, but there are lots of people with multiple computers or virtual boxes that enjoy testing them and give warnings when it is unsafe. Everybody has its own joy in doing things. If you are still afraid for viruses, consider to stay away from torrenting. Or get a cheap PC just for torrenting, and don't mix files with your laptop.

I have no idea why some people run into trouble during installation. Just make sure you right click all the time and run it as administrator. That had happened for me and it refused to work.
Another reason that it may not work is that there are (leftovers from) or other programs from Adobe installed.

Honestly, if you really want to have it to work my advice is;
- do a fresh install of windows on a dedicated OS partition (all data should be on another partition)
-install a program like Acronis True Image 2020 and the most basic programs that you are using
-make a backup from that partition (should be done on another HDD or SSD). I usually call that basic backup one.
- install other less important/handy programs or ad blocking software and back it up. I usually call that basic backup two - with programs.
-install Adobe Acrobat as mentioned above. Since it is a clean install it should work. Best to back it up as well. Just continue working with this working installation.

If Adobe Acrobat fails to activate, just recover your OS partition with the basic backup two - with programs, and try it again.
This is my way how I did this. Just to make sure when I want to test new programs, there is no disturbing software installed.
It is always possible to recover from the last good working situation. Sure, there are people with even better solutions! (virtual box e.g.)

When I get to the step 9 where I have to click on the "AcrobatDCUpd21007212" update, it says that "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing...". Any ideas on what to do?
Dear Varjak, I am having the same issue as Teenvan, do happen to know a workaround? @Varjak Paw many thanks in advance.

Doesn’t really surprise me. Crack my be just a modification of a trial period. Toughest program on the planet to crack, Adobe spends some serious time and effort protecting their stuff. Good luck, thank goodness I don’t need this program.

It is not allowed to post links to torrent files!

BTW, in this thread you can read that this crack didn't last long and my Pro version turned into Adobe Reader Pro after some time. When I took out my internet cable and recover from a backup (one that was made directly after installing Adobe Acrobat Pro with its crack), even that one appears as Adobe Reader!!! It let me think there is a 'timer' build in, after certain time it will turn into Adobe Reader Pro. (even if the computer is completely disconnected from the internet). The time between installing Adobe Acrobat Pro and the change to Adobe Reader Pro was about 45 days.

I'm currently testing if my assumption is right. It will take some time, but I will come back to it.
same thing happened to me. I installed working fine. then my machine did a windows update. now the program has a 7day trial pop up. Any update on fixes or do i need to reinstall completely?

I had the same problem with adobe dc pro. I have installed it in my pc for over a year with the adobe snr patch and fix reg files and suddenly provided a msg that i have only 7 days left trial period. So i tried to uninstall it with Revo uninstaller and then i followed the guide step by step for the installation, but after 5 days again same msg about trial period.
In short, i tried to uninstall/reinstall more than 6 times and after few days again the same disappoint results each time.
The best method i found that works fine is the GenP patch from Reddit.
I follow the instructions "Guide #10 - ADOBE ACROBAT PRO DC" that they have in the page and works fine now for over 4 months.

Yep, we will use it for future release.

About your name, no probs ;)
Hi,
Some years ago, I installed Adobe Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.20 + Crack [Tech-Tools.ME] in my WIndows 10 computer. Today, it is still working well.

I got a new computer with Windows 11 and I have been trying to figure out how to install the same or newer version of this software. The only issue is that my patch file just disappeared maybe because of Windows defense or the antivirus.

I will appreciate your help in installing it on my new computer. Thank you!

It is not maybe because of Windows defense or the antivirus, it IS Windows defense or the antivirus. (see step 2 in the description)

After reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Pro with the above mentioned method, it is still working. I do not believe there is a timer inside the program that automatically change it to Adobe Reader after certain time.
Therefore I have deleted all my previous comments about this suggestion, to keep the thread clean.

Installation manual for Adobe Acrobat Pro on a clean Windows 10 pro installation.

1. Make sure your computer has Winzip, 7-Zip or Winrar installed. Take your internet cable out of the computer or disable your WIFI connection.
It is best not to have installed or install any other legal Adobe product. (e.g. Adobe Reader) Highly likely this will disable the crack!

2. Disable Windows Security Virus & threat protection.
(start - settings - update & security - windows security - Virus & threat protection - Virus & threat protection manage settings -
turn off real-time protection, turn off cloud-delivered protection, turn off tamper protection)
If possible keep this window open so you will notice, if windows real time protection suddenly turns on by itself.

NOTE: if you have installed another virus scanner, the windows virus scanner might be turned off already. Then you must disable your own virus scanner!!!

3. copy the downloaded file (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20102 FULL [TheWindowsForum.com]) to your desktop.
When Windows virus scanner is properly turned off, you should not get an error message)

4. Create a folder on the desktop named: Adobe Unzipped.

5. Open the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20102 FULL [TheWindowsForum.com] folder on the desktop, and double click on the file: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20102 FULL
