KMS sppsvc service and SppExtComObjHook.dll not functional

To make the story short I cant use any KMS Activator due to this error. Can anyone help me out?

I already tried to search on google the solution but none of it works.

Download last version KMS_VL_ALL_AIO v47 and run as administrator.
