Nero 2016 Platinum not installing

Any reported trouble with Nero 2016 setup ?
Near the end of the setup it comes up an error message informing installation could not be completed.

W8.13 OS, install works till Installshield Wizard, Pending reboot validator, Did not reboot, but no instructions for how to proceed from here. Am stuck. please help. Have the serial number ok.
