I have only a prototype. When messing with cars always use genuine. This gives waranty to your car.

Thanks for your prompt response! I am still getting an error saying "WIS StartKey is Invalid!". Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to change some settings?

Thanks for the key, it seems to work. Can you please tell me the next step, I am a bit stuck. I already input the key into the EWA admin tool and installed wis, but from where do I open wis?

There is an .exe file in the mounted ISO folder called "AUTORUN" when I try to open that it simply won't open when I try as administrator.

There is another file (chrome HTML document) in the mounted ISO folder called "Setup" which takes me to a webpage with a Mercedes I can that says "start installation" which download a file called "setup.exe". When I try to run "setup.exe" I get an error saying "installer information could not be initialized -No Package.ini found. Canceling Installation!"

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Okay please disregard my last message, and I'm sorry to post too many messages here. I realized I can find the "welcome to EWA" chrome page in my start menu. I have logged in with admin password and username and changed my password as prompted. The issue now is that I don't have any programs showing up, not epc or wis. What should I do to fix this guys?

On the left panel, click on the word "Programs", it will pop up

So to get the car started requires a key for the software to get the car started.

Repair progs have had decent tech on them since they came out duw to dealers and manufacturers wanting the work rather than letting the joe on the street do the job in the garage. Hence they change or update security weekly.

If this continues it ends in two ways,
1. youll eventually need a dongle of plug in board to be able to access it
2. the company says why bother and removes the servers make them all in house
