Thanks for your prompt response! I am still getting an error saying "WIS StartKey is Invalid!". Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to change some settings?

Thanks for the key, it seems to work. Can you please tell me the next step, I am a bit stuck. I already input the key into the EWA admin tool and installed wis, but from where do I open wis?

There is an .exe file in the mounted ISO folder called "AUTORUN" when I try to open that it simply won't open when I try as administrator.

There is another file (chrome HTML document) in the mounted ISO folder called "Setup" which takes me to a webpage with a Mercedes I can that says "start installation" which download a file called "setup.exe". When I try to run "setup.exe" I get an error saying "installer information could not be initialized -No Package.ini found. Canceling Installation!"

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Okay please disregard my last message, and I'm sorry to post too many messages here. I realized I can find the "welcome to EWA" chrome page in my start menu. I have logged in with admin password and username and changed my password as prompted. The issue now is that I don't have any programs showing up, not epc or wis. What should I do to fix this guys?
